Fretmentor's 3rd Annual Workshop will be held on Saturday January 28 through Sunday January 29th, 2012 in Lake Worth Florida.  Please refer to the online brochure for details regarding this event, including recommended hotel accommodations, instructor profiles and syllabus, sponsors and raffle prizes and directions to the event.  We have arranged for two discount hotels rooms closest to the event (See Accommodations).  Travel arrangements are the responsibility of each attendee.  To register, please complete one form per attendee per the following and mail with your check as identified below:

Instructional Sessions:  While you can attend sessions with more than one instructor, please identify (Circle) your main instrument and preferred instructor, including all instruments you play:

Registration Fees & Payment Methods

You can pay by cash, personal checks or via paypal only (if paying by paypal, please add 10% to your total fee).  Only registered attendees will be permitted at this event.   Personal checks will be accepted up and until January 12, 2012.  If paying at the event, only cash will be accepted.  Refunds For Cancellation: Refunds will be provided only until December 31st and a $50 refund fee will be deducted from the balance due.  Absolutely no refunds will be made for any reason after December 31, 2011.

 

 

Early Registration Fees (if paid and postmarked not later than December 16, 2011):  $250

 

Standard Registration Fee (December 17th and later):  $300

 

Workshop T-Shirt: T-shirts are ordered approximately two weeks in advance and may not be available at the day of the event. $15 each  (add $2 for each size above XL) Please Circle Your T-shirt  Size:

Guest Concert Admission: - There will be a special Saturday concert for registered attendees and their paid guests.  See the Online Brochure schedule for this activity.  Free for registered attendees.  $20 Per Guest Ticket

*Beverages, Snacks and Lunch will be provided throughout the weekend and will be included as part of the registration fee.  Dinner will the responsibility of each attendee.

Companion/Spouse Fee:  For those who want to bring a spouse or companion or parents of music students under 18 years of age, a fee of 50% of the standard rate of $300 or ($250 if paid by December 16, 2011) is applicable.  Those paying the companion fee are entitled to come to the event, participate in the Saturday concert and have lunch.  However, they cannot attend or participate in the classroom sessions where the instructors are teaching while the sessions are in progress.
