How Much Weight Did You Gain Over Thanksgiving ? 1 Year, 5 Months ago Karma: 2  
I gained 7 lbs this past week: went to visit family in N.C. and was on a sugar/desert high for 4 days.
I had taken me 2 months to drop 9 lbs. and haave nearly gained it all back in just 1 week.
How many calories does one burn playing banjo?
I dont think the math will work out:do you?

You can burn lots of calories by playing banjo .......if you play banjo while dancing, play banjo while bike riding, play banjo while kickboxing, play banjo while running on the treadmill, etc. If you're really talented, you could try banjo while swimming (I'd like to see that) ...gurgle gurgle...
