Dust in the wind is a great finger style tune also Dear Prudence and Every Breath You Take. I started without picks - then went to picks because it seems like you can build up more speed with picks, but they take some getting use to.

This is what we can aspire to.

Cool Video. I never thought of "The Flintstones" as a guitar tune.

Does anyone know where I can get the TABS to "The Jetsons?"

Your post has re-inspired me to bone up on my fingerpicking. I realized that I had let these song grow a little dust on them. I've got to figure out how to break up my practice to learn new stuff while still keeping up with a growing number of old songs and exercises.

Fingerstyle playing has always been rather daunting to me. But I guess I really have not spent a lot of time on it either. FM taught me some fingerstyle techniques a couple of months ago, but then it sort of dropped off the radar screen because of new songs in the mix and being filmed and whatnot. I think I would like to add it back into the rpertoire as well. Very slowly at first of course. :)

Fingerpicking is also on my list of to-do's, but not very high right now. I find myself jumping onto something, getting maybe 30% proficient at it, then jump onto something else. Thus not getting really good at any one thing. Fingerpicking kindof falls into that category. Good for experimenting, though.

So much to learn.....so little time......:S
