At last night's class, groups and songs were randomly drawn for a final week performance this term. Please take note of your group & song.

If we do these member groups thing again next session, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a 12-bar blues. We could take turns doing lead riffs while the others strumm the blues, similar to our assigned songs. Except that we could wear dark sunglasses and have sad faces (or at least blank stares). The leads could just be made-up ad-lib, just anything that sounds good and bluesy. Or maybe the fretmentor could suggest some simple blues leads. Any interest?

I'm in for some blues. That sounds fun!

I guess you could play the bluegrass tunes in a blues style....would that make it blues grass? DOH!
