International rumor has it that a dude in a Fretmentor Tee Shirt was sighted on numerous occassions at the Volvo Ocean Races Festival in Galway, Ireland on and around May 30th. I understand that there is photographic evidence of the dude at Salthill Prom, the old long walk, piers and numerous times in Galway Pubs. Also there is a picture of the dude with an Irish Bodhran maker.
Was he looking for the famous Galway Girl (cause her hair was black and her eyes were blue)? No he wasn't. He and Frances were attending the Volvo Ocean Races stop in Galway along with 10s of thousands of Irish and others. Also they thought the Irish Trad music in the Pubs was great but the Pubs were crowded. Fortunately, a pint or two of Guinness or a couple of Jameson's on the rocks helped ease the pain from the crowds.
