TOPIC: Cool Licks

Not that I'm not totaly overwhelmed enough trying to learn all of the songs for wednesdays classes, but does anyone know any cool licks (other than the old standard G-licks) that they want to share?

I have a bucket full of licks to work at...(not that I'm any good at 'em). There's endless information on line too or easier yet, take an FM lesson. I've found that being able to play a good solid rythmn is much more satisfying(although I still over-do it). I'm trying to kiss (keep it simple stupid) and in doing so am finding a solid challenge.

If you get good enough on the G scale, you'll start hearing voices in your head. Start playing it 'till you're ready to climb a tree. Then do 3rds up and down. Leads, intros, and endings will come. It's working on me. Better said...it's working at me. The more I know, the less I play but, I know it's gonna pay off
