TOPIC: Don't forget your endings

For the "songs of the week", Sounds like a G-run might be a good ending for I'll Fly Away. Repeating the last phrase at the end of Amazing Grace seems to work well for that song, especially if you put in "C" chord just before the last "G". Not sure about Simple Gifts. repeating the last phrase might work OK for that one too.
I'm no good at tag licks just yet. Need to work on that some.

At the end of the song at the point where the lead would normally start over try doing a V-I-IV-I sequence. Mess around with it putting the right beats to 'em... it'll work on most 4/4 stuff. I'm only doing that in G key... have to work on the others ... have to work on a lot of stuff for that matter
