TOPIC: Stretch that pinky!

IF you want a rather simple tune to help you stretch your little finger, try "Irish Washerwoman". Once you pick it out, you will know the tune. It works your pinky up the E string. Thank you Fretmentor for correcting my hand position on this tune!

Another great stretch for your pinky is closed scales, including minor scales. Iwasn't spending enough time on this particular exercise. I won't be forgetting this little helper!

Pinky I don't have too much trouble stretching the "pinky", my problem is getting it to curve....it just goes straight up the minute I'm finished using it....be it guitar, mandolin, piano or fiddle.....got a suggestion for that??? and please no rubber bands....
