I really liked the session we had a few weeks ago when we changed keys during the middle of the song to let the different instruments play the lead in the key they are most comfortable with. I would like to do more of that. No need to capo, just change keys. It's good circle of fifths practice as well. The hard part is keeping everyone together during the transistions.

Is there a capo for your bass???? do you carry it in a shoebox? :laugh:

I liked that as well. I thought it was pretty cool to forego the capo and it makes the songs sound a little more sophisticated. :)

I also like playing those songs that use modulation.Do we have any songs written by Fretmentor? I think it helps with practicing chord progressions.
