The last two times I was Up I managed to Not have out of body experiences .
I could easily pass out or laugh uncontrollably when I think about messing up my group. I am happy when I play notes that sound familiar and in some kind of recognizable timing. My solution for sort of calm is to just not give a fig about what anyone thinks. I can count on one hand the number of people I would Know if I saw them out side of class. My skills are what they are and hopefully improving but...'tis what it 'tis. I enjoy the folks who get up there and look and SOUND like they are having fun. The key to staying sane in this class is keep an open mind to learning and for gosh sakes laugh.
